This high accurate semi-automatic material ( granulate, powder, flake ) weighing dosing system has been developed autonomously by our company in meeting trace auxiliary materials weighing dosing demands, with orientation to the rubber industry （especially for rubber goods enterprises）, which is suitable for the conditions of multi-material kinds with small and high accuracy quantity requirement for single materials, in which avoidance of mankind factors to the product quality is required. The system includes mainly electronic scales, air operated lifts, stainless steel bins, bin moving drive unit, dosing baskets, basket moving drive unit, feeding table and ladders and hand rails , pneumatic feeding door opening devices, material scoop, dust removal unit, management and control system, weighing display box, barcode recognizer, bar code printer etc. It has the advantages of flexible layout, stable and usable, less investment, high accuracy, easy and simple operation, easy maintenance, advanced control, effective error prevention and high efficiency, environment friendly and energy saving.

    Working principle:
The bin having the duty to charge the material moves to the charge position, after the bar code recognized , the charge door opens automatically, feeding the material into the bin. The operator puts the plastic bag on to the dosing basket, then through the computer dispatched recipe, the system works automatically. The inner circle bins automatically move to the manual operation position in accordance with the specified process recipe（the operator can sit on the chair without moving the position）. Then  the outer circle dosing baskets from no.1 to no. 18  move one by one  to the operation positions, and the operator feeds material  to the baskets one by one. Upon the weighing  qualified, the electronic scale table lowers down, the dosing basket automatically turns to the next working position, otherwise can not turn to the next working position. After this kind of material fed, the system automatically find the next bin, in turn , the next bin in the recipe moves to the manual operation position, then the dosing baskets from no.1 to no. 18 move one by one to the operation positions till the feedings all qualified. The above operation repeats till the last kind and quantity of material to be dosed in the process recipe completed, the dosing baskets automatically move back one by one to the initial position.
