The positive pressure low velocity high dense ( dual pipe and single pipe) pneumatic conveying system is a product of internationally advanced technology standard which is developed autonomously by our company in combining many years practical experiences with the imported and advanced German pneumatic conveying technology. The system is mainly applicable for conveying powder and particle materials like carbon black(pelletized), pottery clay, zinc oxide, ground limestone, cinder, slag, coal ash, cement, slurry, mineral powder, powdered rubber and foodstuff etc, which consists of mainly an air source and purification system, material collection, bag slitter and charging system, pressurizing and conveying (silo, pump and tank )system, conveying pipeline and distribution system, silo(powder warehouse)receiving system, secondary daybin receiving system, dust removal and venting system, micro-computer and PLC control system etc. The control modes of the control system device into two: centralized control and field control executed in the form of auto and manual in combination. In comparison of this system with the counterpart products and mechanical conveyors, it has the advantages of environmental friendly, high automation standard, flexible layout. easy installation, high air-material mixing ratio, high conveying capacity, longer transportation distance, lower conveying particle breakage, free of blockage and plugging (special positive blow off and reverse suction blockage and plugging prevention technology)and safe and reliable running etc. which are superior to other type of transportation. Working principle:the powder and particle material is conveyed via the bag slitter charging system into the pressurizing and conveying(silo, pump)tank,with the material carried by the purified and compressed air, leaving the pressurizing and conveying(silo, pump)tank and along the conveying pipe to the specified silo(powder and particle material warehouse)for storage. The powder and particle material in the silo is fed via a screw conveyor(air slide)into a secondary pressurizing and conveying tank and going along the conveying pipeline into the daybin ready for use ( in accordance with the user's conditions,the material may not go through the silo, but directly into the daybin system). The dual pipe conveyance is by the material conveying pipe mains with bypass pipe equipped with a set of unidirectional valve and filter for incoming air filtering in spacing of 500mm along the mains. As the conveyance starts, the compressed air is led in through an unidirectional incoming air filter unit, spraying into the pipe mains,cutting the air-material mixture into sections of 500mm each,with each section of material moved forward under the pressure difference.
