      On the basis of absorbing the advanced German and UK technologies, this system has been autonomously developed with orientation to the full intelligent material (powder, particle, granulate, lump and liquid materials etc.) conveyance, storage, metering, dosing and charging for the rubber industry, which can work with various sizes of internal mixers of 25L-650L capacities. It consists mainly of five parts like the carbon black (white fillers) part, oil part, rubber part, dust removal part and whole mixing process management and control system etc. Among them the whole mixing process management and control system is a combination of the most up-to-date IT technology with the production management and mixing process which integrates the whole mixing production process control, production scheduling management, material management and quality tracing management , realized a real management and control integration. It plays an important part in upgrading management standard, improving product quality and stabilizing product quality level etc. Through company's continued technical innovation and hard work, the system has been widely used by many rubber enterprises abroad and at home and enjoyed the users appraisal.

★ Optimized dust removal and recovery system design, makes good environment free of dust flying and leakage and free of raw material waste.
